Kyle S. McGuire

Mr. McGuire and his wife, Jennifer, and their four children relocated to Chattanooga from
Louisiana in July 2021. Mr. McGuire has practiced law since 2012. In Louisiana, he practiced
primarily in the areas of estate planning, civil litigation, and real estate. In Tennessee, he has
enjoyed expanding his practice into a more diverse civil practice.

In his spare time Mr. McGuire enjoys coaching his boys’ youth sports teams and playing the
sports they are involved in with them, hiking with his family and especially when they find
natural swimming holes with jumping rocks, taking his boys hunting and fishing, and basically
any other outdoor activities that include his family.
