Andrea D. Hayduk
Andrea Hayduk is a highly trained litigator with over two decades of legal experience. She began her career as a criminal defense lawyer in the DC area working for a nationally known DUI and criminal defense attorney. In 2008, she relocated her practice to Chattanooga to be closer to family. She co-founded Farinash & Hayduk (currently, Farinash & Stofan) and later Best Hayduk Brock (currently, Best & Brock). Ms. Hayduk focused her practice on criminal defense and Chapter 7 Trustee work, and in 2017 she was appointed to the panel of the Chapter 7 Trustees for the Eastern District of Tennessee. In 2022, she joined McKoon, Williams, Atchley & Stulce, expanding her criminal practice to include all areas of general civil litigation.
Ms. Hayduk serves on the board of the Tennessee Innocence Project and is passionate about innocence work and post-conviction work. She is a founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association. She previously served on the board for the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and remains active in the organization. Ms. Hayduk is among the very few Tennessee lawyers who have completed a 24 hour course in the administration of NHTSA’s standardized field sobriety tests. She later attended a 32 hour instructor’s course, and a course in Advanced Roadside Impairment Driving Enforcement. She has co-instructed three NHTSA based classes for other lawyers. She has attended two courses in Gas Chromatography at Axion Labs in Chicago to further her ability to address issues with blood testing for alcohol and drugs in DUI cases.
